When a guest books your experience the fees are held in trust until the experience has been completed and the guest is happy with the experience. Payment will be transferred to your account on the Friday of the next week after your experience was run. As an example, if you run the experience on any day this week (Sunday – Saturday) then localyokl will process your payment (minus our fees and GST as per the T & Cs of course) on Friday next week.
